Position:  AVP Indirect Sales/Insurance Broking Channel

Role Type:  Individual Contribution

Location:   Mumbai/Bangalore/Delhi

Reporting to Chief Business Officer

Salary - 20-30L PA

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintaining customer relations is the key role
  • Understanding of Insurance products is primary for this role
  • Demo ekincare platform benefits and use cases to the clients 
  • Nourish existing relationships and strive towards best customer experience
  • Negotiate contractual terms, pricing and services with the partners
  • Keep an ear to the ground on healthcare trends and market
  • Contribute towards platform development by sharing market requirements
  • Continuously track towards the company’s goals and aspirations
  • show incremental growth in the revenue generation 
  • P&L management 

A successful candidate for this role must require,

  • Previous relevant sales experience (4-5 years) within Insurer/insurance broker/TPA/Modern trade firms/FMCG is a MUST
  • Experience in commercial discussions with customers/ negotiations
  • Track record of driving incremental revenue opportunities and closing sales 
  • Street smart, open-minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical
  • Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational, and written skills 
  • Most importantly roll up the sleeves and get to the base in solving any business concerns/queries
